This is the first time I have used a mouth tape - recommended by my dentist. This tape was sufficiently wide to cover the whole mouth and the smell was very comforting. I was initially worried about how strong it might be but it was sufficiently subtle and made it relaxing to drift off to sleep. It stayed up the whole night, the tape was almost similar to those sports tapes store of material. By the morning, the smell has dissipated but did stay intact. When removing it, it did not leave any residue at all which is great and was not painful in removing it. There was a slight improvement in the snoring based on the app measuring the snoring. As a mouth breather, this assisted in 'forcing' my nose to do the breathing and helped my throat saying hydrated instead of a dry throat in the morning.
